Abstract StructureAbstracts should be structured with the following sections:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE VIDEO
Submitted videos must be narrated and edited in English.
The Video should be a maximum of eight minutes. A maximum file size of 400 MB is permitted.
The Video must be in MP4 format.
The Video file should be well edited with a spoken narrative explaining the objectives and the methods used during the procedure.
The Video file should be named as Video Presentation_Presenter’s Name (eg. Video Presentation_Dr Mohit Kumar)
The title of the video presentation should be displayed as a caption throughout the video.
Please make sure that the given link is accessible till you get an acceptance notification.
Video presentation link must be given at the time of abstract submission.

Please proofread the abstract for spelling and grammar before submitting it.
Use numerals to indicate numbers, except to begin sentences.
Standard abbreviations are acceptable. Uncommon abbreviations must be put in parentheses and preceded by the full word the first time it appears in the text.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AUTHORS INCLUDE
Authors are responsible for ensuring that all research involving human participants or animals has received appropriate ethical approval.
Any potential conflicts of interest should be declared.
Abstracts must be original work that has not been previously published or is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
The abstract should clearly state the purpose, methods, results, and conclusions of the study.
Avoid personal criticisms of individuals in the abstract. Criticism should be restricted to scientific contents, based on evidence.

PRESENTING AUTHOR
The presenting author MUST BE a registered delegate.
Submitting an abstract DOES NOT register one for IASG Mid Term 2026 unless the registration payment formalities are completed. In case of an exception, the scientific committee will make the decision.
All correspondences (regarding review, selection and presentation details) will be mailed to the PRESENTING AUTHOR ONLY.
ALL THE SUBMITTERS ARE HEREBY REQUESTED TO GO THROUGH THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY
Author and co-author details - Full name, affiliation details such as department, institution/hospital, city, state, country should be mentioned properly.
Contact details (e-mail, ph no) of the presenting author should be mentioned properly. Please do not mention any other contact.

Submission of a work signifies that the author grants the organising committee the right to publish the abstract in any format, post or pre conference.
ABSTRACT REVISION
Submitted papers could be EDITED or REVISED ONLINE ONLY. Please log in to your IASG Mid Term 2026 Abstract Profile for the same.
Abstracts can be revised till the submission is open.
PLEASE AVOID THE RESUBMISSION OF THE SAME PAPER.
Review Specifications
All submissions will undergo a blind peer review process. Abstracts will be selected on the basis of their medical and scientific content, quality of data and methodology and adherence to specific format requirements.
Once selected, the Presenting Author of the selected abstracts will be informed accordingly via email.
Accepted research papers/case studies may be assigned for oral or e-poster presentation based on the review committee's recommendation. The committee holds the sole right to decide on the final presentation slot allocation.
An abstract can be rejected If
The presentation was previously published or is under consideration for publication elsewhere
